PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER

Nova Pavlova operates as a Georgia Cottage Food operation. This product was produced at a residential property that is exempt from state inspection. This product may contain allergens.

Georgia residents only. Nova Pavlova sells and delivers exclusively to addresses within the State of Georgia, in accordance with Georgia Cottage Food regulations. We are unable to ship or deliver orders outside of Georgia.

All Nova Pavlova products are prepared in a home/shared kitchen environment where eggs, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy are regularly processed and stored. Despite our best efforts to maintain a clean and organized preparation space, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of allergens or free of cross-contact with allergens, including but not limited to the major allergens recognized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame).

Ingredients used in our kitchen include, but are not limited to:

• Eggs
• Dairy (milk, butter, cream, cream cheese)
• Tree nuts
• Fresh fruits
• Sugar
• Vanilla (may contain alcohol derivatives)
• Cornstarch
• Dulce de Leche
• Nutella (contains hazelnuts, milk, soy)
• Oreo-brand products (contains wheat, soy, may contain milk)

Upon request, we are able to omit specific ingredients (for example, tree nuts) from an individual order. However, omitting an ingredient from a recipe does not eliminate the risk of cross-contact, since all products are made in the same kitchen space, using the same equipment, utensils, and surfaces.

We strongly advise against ordering our products if you, or the person for whom the product is intended, have a severe allergy, anaphylactic sensitivity, celiac disease, or any other condition where accidental exposure to an allergen could result in serious bodily harm. Nova Pavlova is not able to accommodate allergen-free environments, dedicated allergen-free equipment, or certified allergen-free certifications.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Allergen Notice, confirms that they have verified the suitability of the product for their own consumption or for the consumption of the intended recipient, and voluntarily assumes all risk associated with allergen exposure. Customer further agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Nova Pavlova, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses — including but not limited to allergic reactions — arising from the consumption of its products, except where such claim arises from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Nova Pavlova.

This product was made in a home kitchen not subject to state inspection. Nova Pavlova operators have completed a food safety training program in accordance with Georgia Cottage Food requirements.
