1. Ordering Policy
- Full payment is required to confirm any order. No order is considered placed, accepted, or binding on Nova Pavlova until payment has been submitted in full through the payment method(s) made available on our website.
- Orders are not reserved, held, or scheduled into production until payment has been received and confirmed. Availability of a requested date, product, or time slot is not guaranteed prior to payment, even if the order has been added to cart or submitted for review.
- Changes or cancellations must be requested in advance by contacting Nova Pavlova directly, and are subject to Nova Pavlova’s approval at its sole discretion. Approval of a change or cancellation request is not guaranteed, particularly where preparation has already begun, or ingredients have already been purchased for the order.
- Custom orders require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, unless otherwise stated in writing by Nova Pavlova for a specific product or promotion. Orders placed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be declined, rescheduled, or subject to a rush fee at Nova Pavlova’s discretion.
- Nova Pavlova reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, ingredient shortages, scheduling conflicts, or incomplete/inaccurate order information. Where Nova Pavlova cancels a fully paid order through no fault of the customer, the customer’s sole remedy shall be a full refund or store credit, at Nova Pavlova’s discretion.
